About Reservation

Q1. Can I make reservation by phone?

We recommend that you make a reservation online, but you can also make a reservation by phone.

Q2. What payment methods are available?

A.

​WEB reservations are generally paid by credit card. If you have difficulty paying by credit card, bank transfer is also possible. Your reservation will be confirmed once your payment has been confirmed.

About Using The Car

Q1. Can I drive it with a regular driver's license?

A.

All vehicles are under 4 tonnes, so they can be driven with a "normal", "medium" or "sub-medium" license. However, Cress is only available to those aged 25 or over with 3 years or more driving experience.

Q2. Can I smoke?

A.

All vehicles are non-smoking. If smoking is discovered, a special cleaning fee will be charged.

Q3. When is the reservation acceptance period?

A.

The reservation period is from 7 to 90 days before the departure date.

Q4. Can I leave my car there?

A.

You can leave one car in the camping car parking space by replacing it.

Q5. What are the rental and return times?

A.

Rental and return are staffed between 9:00-18:00.
Unstaffed rental and return are available 24 hours a day.

Q6. Can you deliver to my house?

A.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but please come to the designated parking lot to pick up your luggage.

Q7. This is my first time using a camping car and I'm a bit worried about how to use the facilities. Will there be any instructions?

A.

For customers using manned rentals, we will provide a full explanation of how to use the vehicle at the time of delivery. For customers using unmanned rentals, an instruction manual will be provided in the vehicle, so please refer to it.
